Cancellation Policy
When booking, please note, 50% is kept as a retainer and deposit, this is non-refundable. After booking, you will be contacted to confirm the date and time of the workshop. To cancel or reschedule please contact JBINZALA at crypto-consultations@jbinzala.xyz at minimum 72h before booked time. Please note there is an additional £30 cancellation / reschedule fee to cover administrative tasks. Please note if you wish to pay in Bitcoin you are eligible for a 15% discount. (Only one discount may apply per booking) No private data is shared during the session. Only the voice of JBINZALA is recorded for liability purposes.
